Pro Tire did a great job on my wheel alignment! The customer service was top-notch and their staff was super friendly! I will definitely be using them again for all my Tire and wheel services!

Great service and they stand behind their work! Had a starter go bad under warranty and they gladly replaced it. Great communication and they treat you like family which I greatly appreciate and highly recommend.

First time here and the staff are wonderful. They are extremely professional and patient with me even though I did not know much about cars or tires. Bill who helped me with my car walked with me to look at the tire trouble I had, explained my options, and when I asked a bunch of questions he answered them in detail. He also let the tech in the back know all my requests. The place is super popular while I sat in the waiting area. You can tell most are returning customers who know the reps in the front. All the reps were super relaxed but diligent. They seem to be there for a while and know what they are doing. The waiting area had coffee and water for customers as well. One of the most considerate thing I saw was they had drivers driving customers if they are dropping the car off for a bit. The place ran like a well oiled machine and they seem to really care about their customers. While I was waiting, I also saw an old lady who drove all the way from Bella Vista, with a flat tire and pumping it up multiple times as she came down, just so she could make it to this tire shop. I was pretty impressed with the loyalty the returning customers had with this place. I would definitely come

I had a tire going flat at the end of the day on a Friday and was scrambling to find a shop before closing. I stopped at two places that were closing at 5:30, but unfortunately their mechanics had already gone home. Both were gracious and even offered recommendations, which I appreciated. I called Pro Tire around 5:05, knowing they were closing at 5:30 as well. Bill answered the phone and was kind enough to tell me to come on over. He and his team waited for me to arrive and took care of my truck without hesitation. I even told him I understood if they needed to head home and didn’t want to impose, but they were incredibly welcoming and easygoing. To top it off, they fixed the flat at no charge. That level of service and willingness to help at the end of a long week says a lot about a business. A strong recommendation is the least I can do. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness and look forward to being a customer in the future.

They got me in for alignment late on a Friday afternoon which is only time I have available bc im working otherwise. I Have a big lifted truck and just got new tires that wore on outside badly so. Explained that and the tech and I think he got me hooked up good it doesn't wear my tires funny.
